Position Overview
The Accountant position at Alo is a vital role that encompasses financial accounting, reporting, and analytical functions. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of accounting principles and outstanding analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive accounting support within the finance department.
  • Ensure adherence to US GAAP standards.
  • Assist in the development of new accounting policies.
  • Take the lead in preparing monthly financial reports.
  • Oversee intercompany reconciliations.
  • Analyze financial data and produce detailed reports.
  • Support external audits and maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Aid in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
    Qualifications
  • CPA certification is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in retail accounting.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP regulations.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with a Big 4 accounting firm is preferred.
  • Exposure to international accounting practices is advantageous.
    Salary Information
The salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $90,000 annually. The final compensation will be influenced by various factors including experience, location, and performance. In certain cases, the salary may exceed the stated range. Additionally, the total rewards package for this role includes performance bonuses, long-term incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package.
