POSITION SUMMARY
We are on the lookout for a driven individual to become a part of our Financial Planning & Analysis team. As a Financial Planning Analyst, your insights will be crucial in guiding our business strategies and supporting our expansion initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the coordination and development of budgets, forecasts, and management reporting outputs.
- Execute sales incentive calculations, verify related claims, and ensure prompt disbursements.
- Collaborate with the Accounting team to facilitate the monthly closing process, including variance assessments and accrual computations.
- Prepare comprehensive business review reports and presentations, summarizing outcomes against projections for the Leadership team.
- Maintain the hierarchy mapping for profit centers and general ledger accounts.
- Conduct various ad-hoc analyses as required across the organization.

REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2+ years of experience in finance-related roles, whether in corporate or operational finance.
- Strong analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to distill large data sets.
- Proven skills in time management and handling multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to rapidly changing priorities and business demands.
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, apparel, or consumer goods sectors is advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
- Familiarity with Tableau and Anaplan is preferred.

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this role is between $75,000 and $85,000 annually, reflecting the current market for this exempt position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and performance. Please note that the listed range is one aspect of the total rewards package for exempt employees, which may also include performance bonuses, long-term incentives, a PTO policy, and various other progressive benefits.
