Job Description:

Position Summary: The Resident Services Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for resident interactions on-site. Responsibilities include handling administrative tasks related to move-ins, resident requests, renewals, move-outs, transfers, and evictions. This role may also involve weekend shifts.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Promote positive customer interactions to enhance resident experience.
  • Resolve resident relations issues promptly and maintain accurate records of resident concerns.
  • Assist residents with the move-in and move-out processes.
  • Support efficient use of property management software and provide training to staff.
  • Conduct resident retention calls and assist with lease renewals.
  • Help achieve financial targets through lease closings and communicate community value.
  • Handle resident applications, lease documents, and community inspections.

Education: High school diploma or GED

Work Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred

Compensation: Commensurate with Experience ($24 - $26 hourly)
