Kiira's HIPAA compliant platform that seamlessly connects users to trusted clinicians including Primary Care Physicians, OB/GYNs, Mental Health Experts/Therapists, Nurse Practitioners, and more via phone, video, and chat.

College Administrators utilize the Kiira dashboard to manage the health of their students and track relevant analytics including cost savings, contact/outbreak tracing, top questions asked and general user activity to better serve their student population.

YOUR ROLE:


The Sales Coordinator will support the Sales team to provide support duties such as creating and scrubbing contacts/leads on the CRM, contacting leads, providing customer support, coordinating events, supporting email projects, and other administrative duties as assigned.

This position will require work in the office.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Minimum of one year of experience as administrative or sales coordinator with strong communication skills.
  • Multi tasking guru that enjoys wearing many hats with ease and professionalism.
  • Self-starter and problem solver.
  • Positive attitude is a must.
  • BA degree is preferred.
  • CRM experience is preferred.
