  • Maintain CRM database, convert leads into opportunities, and oversee the sales process.
  • Contribute valuable insights in sales team meetings.
  • Provide timely reports on customer visits, activities, and updates.

Skills & Education Background:
  • Minimum 5 years of Pro Audio Sales experience.
  • Preferably experienced in premium loudspeaker sales.
  • Ability to manage product distribution effectively.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven.
  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of specific vertical markets is a plus.
  • Familiarity with loudspeaker system design is advantageous.
  • Business degree is a bonus.
Location and Travel:
  • Must be located in the territory (CA, OR, WA, HI).
  • Occasional meetings at the Corporate Office in Westlake Village, CA.
  • Some international travel may be required.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle are necessary.
  • Expected travel is 50-75%.
Requirements:

This role offers remote work flexibility with occasional in-office meetings in NYC. Ideal candidates should have experience in Ultra High-End Residential Audiovisual and Smart Home designs, working with high net-worth clients and design professionals. Supervisory experience managing a team is essential. A minimum of 5 years in Residential AV with exposure to large-scale projects is required.
