The company is currently seeking a dedicated Cashier/Receptionist/Hostess to be a part of its growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and be comfortable with a flexible work schedule.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM


Responsibilities:

  • Answer dealership group phones, welcome and assist prospects and customers
  • Guide customers to the appropriate departments, inform the right person of customer presence, and link the customer with a sales representative
  • Collaborate effectively with sales and other internal departments
  • Interact with callers and visitors in a professional, warm, and effective manner
  • Compose memos, letters, reports, and other necessary documents
  • Support in organizing and confirming sales appointments
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and optimistic demeanor
  • Punctual and adaptable to a dynamic work setting with flexible hours
  • Professional appearance and a drive to enhance in all aspects
  • Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving history
