Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately calculate customer bills using the dealership's software
  • Process cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers
  • Provide correct change and issue receipts to clients
  • Verify and record totals of counter tickets and repair orders, ensuring accuracy of cash, checks, and credit card payments at the end of each shift
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, directing them to the appropriate personnel when necessary
  • Maintain flexibility in work schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience as a cashier; prior experience in an automotive dealership is advantageous
  • Ability to read and understand instructions and information
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Must be 18 years of age or older to comply with company policies
