Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers at the cashier window, answer their questions, and provide information on procedures or policies.
  • Compute and record transaction totals.
  • Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure accuracy and adequacy, and reconcile the cash drawer at the end of the shift.
  • Establish or identify prices of parts or services and calculate bills using calculators, cash registers, or computers.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
  • Compile and maintain non-monetary reports and records.
  • Answer phones and perform receptionist duties.
  • Assist the Fleet Department with clerical work.
  • Filing, scanning, and other light office duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Cashier experience is preferred.
  • Dealership experience is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience operating a cash register.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Customer service experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
