We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Automotive Cashier/Receptionist to join our team at Mid Rivers Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Calculate customer bills using our dealership's computer system
- Receive cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers
- Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers
- Ascertain and record totals of counter tickets and repair orders, sales deposits, and verify against all cash, checks, and credit card payments on hand at end of shift
- Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Cashier experience, automotive dealership experience is a plus
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance
- 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
- $16-$17 per hour, Full-Time 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
