Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately calculate customer bills using the dealership's software
  • Process cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers
  • Provide accurate change and issue receipts
  • Record and verify totals of counter tickets and repair orders against all payment methods at the end of the shift
  • Address customer complaints with professionalism and direct them to the appropriate personnel for resolution
  • Maintain flexibility in work schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience as a cashier; automotive dealership experience is advantageous
  • Ability to read and understand instructions and information
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Must be 18 years of age or older to comply with company policies
