Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate customer bills utilizing the dealership's software system
- Process cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers
- Provide accurate change and issue receipts
- Record totals of counter tickets and repair orders, sales deposits, and reconcile with all cash, checks, and credit card payments at the end of the shift
- Address customer complaints with professionalism and direct them to the appropriate personnel for resolution
- Maintain flexibility in work schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience as a cashier; automotive dealership experience is advantageous
- Ability to read and understand instructions and information
- Strong communication skills
- Professional appearance is essential
- Must be 18 years of age or older to comply with company policies
