Raytheon is seeking Program Control Lead is responsible for the Earned Value (EV) processes, metrics and tools for the LTAMDS System Integration and Test Cross Product Team (CPT).

The Program Control lead will coordinate Earned Value activities across the CPT to maximize consistency and implementation of best practices.

These activities include, but are not limited to, Discipline Estimate at Completion Reviews (EACs), Discipline-level proposal reviews, staffing projections, and monthly metrics tracking.

This role will be within the Mobile Sensors & Weapon Systems Department.
*What You Will Do
  • Identify and implement key CPT EV metrics and lead development of situational awareness charts that can be used as management tools drive CPT success
  • Performing CAM function for a portion of CPT tasks
  • Provide oversight and mentoring to the CAMs in the LTAMDS SI&T CPT
  • Development, review and coordinate approval of Quarterly Estimates At Complete.
  • Monthly Engineering Project Information Collection (EPIC) metric collection and analysis
  • Perform monthly comprehensive Earned Value analysis
  • Perform monthly comprehensive staffing analysis
  • Able to prepare briefings and presentations for review by Program Managers and Engineering functional managers
  • Travel as required to meet programmatic objectives. Regular travel between Raytheon locations in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire is required, anticipated travel is around 10%

  • Participate and contribute to new, fast-growing GHOSTEYE product line
  • Communicate with many levels of the program and work to positively guide and influence parties within and outside of the job function
*Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 8 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management System)
  • Experience with CAM and/or proposals
  • Active and transferable US Government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. US Citizenship is required, as only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
*Qualifications We Prefer

  • Knowledge and experience with EACs
  • Experience in Risk and Opportunity (R+O)
  • Experience with system-level integration, verification and/or test

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
