Job Summary

Raytheon is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Product Line Lead to join our team. This individual will be responsible for the development and management of the cybersecurity scope on the LTAMDS/GhostEye program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of cybersecurity solutions for the LTAMDS/GhostEye program.
  • Collaborate with the US Government Customer to define cybersecurity requirements and solutions.
  • Develop and manage the cybersecurity scope for the program, including risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Work with the program and customer to maintain and acquire Risk Management Framework ATOs.
  • Provide strategic input and planning for the system, applications, architecture, and design in a dynamic environment.
  • Develop and track key roadmaps and deliverables alongside program management.
Requirements
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 12 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and 10 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Technical leadership experience.
  • Experience with Systems Engineering.
  • Experience leading a team within Cybersecurity Engineering.
  • Experience working directly with US Government Customers.
  • Experience writing and negotiating proposals.
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with coworkers, suppliers, stakeholders, and customers in a team environment.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Strong partnership skills and ability to grow collaborative relationships.
  • Experience with the US Army Customer.
  • EVMS Certification.
  • BoE Certification.
  • Hands on experience configuring and implementing cybersecurity tools.
