As a key contributor to the GhostEye finance team within the LADS (Land & Air Defense Systems) Sub-Business Unit, this role focuses on the management of financial deliverables for the LTAMDS Exportability Program. The LTAMDS (Lower Tier Air & Missile Defense System) is a vital initiative with substantial domestic and international market prospects, offering significant growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner within the LTAMDS Program Office, overseeing the preparation and coordination of essential financial documents.
- Develop and manage 5-Year and Annual Operation Plans, monthly financial forecasts, and operational reviews.
- Ensure compliance with governance standards and manage all aspects of financial reporting, including Short Range Outlook (SRO), Baseline Management, and Monthly SDRLs.
Essential Qualifications:
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a government-issued security clearance.
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, along with 5 years of relevant professional experience; or an Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience.
- Proficiency in data analysis and financial reporting (FP&A).
- Familiarity with financial systems such as SAP, APEX, RPLAN, Business Warehouse, EDIT+, ProPricer, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Background in Program Controls.
- Demonstrated initiative in enhancing processes and data analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Able to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Program Management and other functional teams.
