AS THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE,

YOU WILL:
Assist in developing finance and business presentations; related supporting documentation.

Help drive key insights and analytics.

Work with business operations and other key stakeholders to generate requested reporting output.

Oversee and manage continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and modeling tools.

Assist business leaders in developing financial strategies and organizational goals.

Work with the business on cost projections and planning of future expenses.

Execute continuous process improvement.

Oversee company Fraud Risk Program and process for fraud prevention, detection, and investigation.

Establish and monitor metrics for finance team.

Improve effectiveness and efficiency of the team.

Train and develop staff.

QUALIFICATIONS/

REQUIREMENTS:
Demonstrated success in financial modeling

Strong business partnering and interpersonal skills

Superior analytical skills

Strong written and oral communication skills

5+ years in corporate accounting or finance role

Ability to present to key decision makers while also providing guidance towards business deliverables

Advanced experience in implementing process improvements

Supervisory experience

High energy, high ownerships of work product and dedication and commitment to driving results

Ability to lead and motivate in a team-oriented environment
