Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies for the Civilian sector
  • Support the capture of new opportunities and recompetes
  • Build key client relationships and create networks with decision-makers
  • Contribute to company growth through capture and proposal writing
  • Lead meetings and drive consensus
  • Collaborate with various functional areas for successful capture tasks

Capture Expectations:

  • Identify, pursue, and capture opportunities based on set targets
  • Lead capture efforts across the Civilian Sector, including DHS, NOAA, and USDA
  • Assist in strategic business development activities and growth plans

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ years of professional experience with 3+ years in capture roles
  • Successful track record in winning new projects, including large, complex endeavors
  • Proficiency in proposal writing and communication
  • Strong analytical abilities and proven leadership skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
