Job Description:


As a UiPath Developer Consultant with strong business acumen, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients succeed in their business transformation journey by leveraging Digital Innovation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

You will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting RPA software solutions.

This role demands a deep understanding of RPA platforms, business processes, and the ability to bridge the gap between business users and technology professionals.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:
Help clients succeed in their business transformation enabled by Digital Innovation.
Establish priorities, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities under pressure.
Participate in and lead various components of projects using agile and traditional waterfall methodologies.
Analyze and document business processes.

Provide recommendations for possible solutions to business issues, working closely with business users and technology professionals to define automation requirements.

Generate high-quality documentation for business processes and workflows, including flowcharts and process narratives.

Create functional design documents based on user requirements and act as a liaison between business users and the development team.

Create and execute test scripts and test cases, assisting with User Acceptance Testing.
Deliver projects/work on-time, on budget, and in a way that accomplishes client goals.
Design RPA solutions following standard design principles and conventions.
Configure new RPA processes and objects using efficient, maintainable, and well-structured workflow principles.
Deploy RPA scripts to optimize automation.
Conduct RPA script testing and maintain up-to-date workflow documentation.
Identify problems, develop ideas, and propose solutions for various situations requiring analytical and evaluative thinking.
Provide accurate and consistent status reports to clients and other stakeholders.
Travel to client locations as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of business/technology work experience.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience working on engagements that have incorporated Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with UiPath.
Proficiency in C#, VB .net, SQL, JavaScript, VBScript, JSON, and REST-based API integration.
Experience in deploying RPA solutions on a cloud platform, such as Azure or Amazon, is a plus.
Proven experience with building AI-enabled bots that leverage NLP, ML, and AI techniques is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple detailed tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines with accuracy.
Understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends.
Oversight experience on transformational projects and successful transitions to implementation support teams.
Technical experience in areas like software design, development, systems operations, database architectures, virtualization, networking, storage, and security.
Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Prior Power Automate experience is a plus

The ideal candidate will also have a strong track record of building technical relationships with senior executives, a deep understanding of cloud computing, and the ability to connect technology with measurable business value.
