Responsibilities:

\u2022 Inspire and Educate: Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment where students can flourish, fostering their passion for robotics and automation while imparting your expert knowledge.
\u2022 Hands-On Training: Lead by example and provide practical demonstrations, ensuring students gain real-world experience in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing various systems.
\u2022 Curriculum Development: Collaborate with our education team to enhance existing courses and develop new ones that align with industry trends and advancements.
\u2022 Mentorship: Guide and mentor students on their individual projects, encouraging them to think critically and find innovative solutions.
\u2022 Safety First: Instill the importance of safety procedures and best practices to ensure a secure working environment for students.

Qualifications:

\u2022 Education: High school diploma or GED
\u2022 Experience: 3-5 years of practical work experience in the field including some combination of the following skills: AC/DC electricity & digital electronics, Industrial mechanics - hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical drives, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Industrial networking, Manufacturing systems such as 3D Printing, conveyors, and industrial robotics
\u2022 Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively connect with students and fellow staff
\u2022 Patience and Empathy: A patient and empathetic approach to teaching, understanding that every student learns at their own pace
