Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Automation Specialist to join our team at National Guard Employment Network. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing process automation solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop process automation solutions using various tools and technologies
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
  • Develop and maintain enterprise-level information technology solutions
  • Coordinate with business users to determine requirements and perform complex analyses of system requirements and existing business processes
  • Participate in the development of software and perform code reviews
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or similar area of study
  • Three years of previous experience in process automation, software development, or a related field
  • Certification in Automation Anywhere or UI Path, or similar programs preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge or skills in Power BI, JIRA, and ServiceNow
