We are seeking a highly skilled RPA Developer to join our team at Gainwell Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and testing automation workflows to support the efficient management of our programs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop automation workflows using RPA tools to automate business processes and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and recommend solutions, evaluating existing systems and making recommendations for best approach solutions
  • Assess the impact of projects on people, processes, and tools within the organization
  • Participate in requirements gathering, gaining an understanding of functional specifications and capturing business requirements to translate them into robotic process automations
  • Write, review, and maintain well-defined automation test scripts using test automation tools
  • Perform verification, including integration testing, functional testing, and regression testing, developing and implementing well-defined test scenarios
  • Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of RPA solutions
  • Create process and end-user documentation
  • Assure the quality of the automation (QA processes)
  • Participate in production validation and support as needed
  • Manage defect tracking and provide informative updates as requested, and provide emergency support for bots running after hours as necessary
Requirements
  • 5 or more years of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Development Experience
  • 2 or more years' experience in object-oriented programming (C#, C++, VB, Java or Python preferred)
  • Automation experience with UiPath software or similar RPA software
  • Excellent understanding of industry standard testing/development and QA methodologies
  • Support the analysis of internal information technology capacity, and business processes to suggest improvements, propose automation, and streamline business intelligence and decision processes
