Job Summary

We're seeking a dynamic and proactive Application Engineer to manage our Tool Changer and Material Removal product lines. This role is perfect for an individual with a strong foundation in engineering principles and a passion for robotics and automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers in the pre-sale and post-sale process
  • Accompany sales personnel on customer visits to identify new opportunities and assist in closing sales
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase product capabilities
  • Develop novel applications for ATI products and publish videos and application notes
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers in a timely fashion
  • Use Salesforce for case management and customer support
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive product and process innovation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, controls, or related engineering discipline
  • Spanish and English fluency
  • Experience in an engineering role, preferably in the automation industry
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes
  • Experience with Robot programming and SolidWorks
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Travel Requirements

Up to 40% travel, covering Mexico and Texas most frequently
