Internationalization Vendor Manager ResponsibilitiesLead internationalization vendor sourcing, vetting, and selection with an emphasis on lower resource languages.
Lead vendor negotiations and manage contracts.
Lead evaluation, onboarding and training of vendors.
Developing standards and guidelines for vendors.
Monitoring vendors to ensure compliance with standards and guidelines.
Cultivating relationships with vendors and cross-functional partners.
Communicate status and vendor performance internally and externally.
Serve as a point of escalation for vendors.

Minimum QualificationsRequires a Master's degree in Agribusiness, Business, Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or related field and three (3) years of work experience in the job offered or in a business analytics or vendor/account management-related occupation.

Requires 36 months of experience in the following:1. Strategic sourcing or vendor management2. Localization, with an emphasis on lower resource languages3. Sourcing, training, and managing translation vendors4. Processing and analyzing data sets and interpret them to make business decisions5. Devising methods to manage vendor translation quality, delivery, and overall performance.
