About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our commercial property management team at DivcoWest. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and that our tenants are satisfied with their experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Management: Oversee the management of our properties, including security, engineering, janitorial, and maintenance services.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate and prepare contracts with vendors, and ensure that they are providing high-quality services to our tenants.
  • Lease Administration: Oversee the administration of leases, including ensuring that accurate records are kept and that tenants are aware of their lease terms.
  • Member Relations: Establish and maintain a positive relationship with our tenants, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management: Review and approve invoices, ensure that financial records are accurate, and prepare annual operating budgets.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Implement and oversee sustainability initiatives at our properties, tracking progress and making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: 4-year degree preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate property management.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and customer service skills, with the ability to maintain a positive attitude and work independently and as part of a team.
  • Software: Experience with MRI, Building Engines, and Nexus or similar systems.
