Our Team

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant General Manager to join our Property Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of properties and working closely with our General Manager to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a small portfolio of properties, including preparing financial reports, managing tenant relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with our General Manager to develop and implement business strategies, including identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and conflict resolution.
  • Contribute to the development of our people, including providing training and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in a field such as finance, accounting, or real estate.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in commercial real estate or property management, with a proven track record of success in managing financial reports, tenant relationships, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Experience using property management accounting platforms, such as Yardi, Kardin, or MRI.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from senior management, clients, tenants, vendors, and peers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
