Responsible for leveragingprocesses and executing process overhaul and/or upgrade programs for thedivision. In addition, the role will coach, train, communicate, auditand transfer best practices. This position reports to the SVP ofOperations.

How You Will Make Contributions That Matter * Leadshort-term and long-term projects aimed at waste minimization, utilityutilization, efficiency improvement, material handling and processimprovements.

* Develop sustainable projects and objectives in supportof division-wide initiatives. Identify required resources in support ofobjectives and develop ROI calculation and strategies. * Perform datacollection and root cause analysis to rapidly identify impactfulimprovement opportunities. * Lead problem-solving efforts to reduceinefficiencies, redundancies, improve quality and reduceshrink/waste/cost of poor performance. * Function as Division ProcessImprovement champion regarding tasks, projects, cost and yieldimprovement opportunities and operations. * Support R&D technicalinitiatives, packaging technical services support. * Able to architectthe KPIs to measure productivity and identify gaps. * Partner withsenior leadership and plant leadership teams in support of strategicgrowth plan activities and initiatives.

* Coach and champion functionsto identify and implement opportunities to improve program and processeffectiveness in locations where mature MOS programs exist.

* InstallCI program (MOS and Lean Six Sigma) techniques and standards forfacilities where program is not established. * Plan CI trainingprogram/tools for new CI team members. * Apply analysis to improveefficiencies and process capability. * Prepare and present oral andwritten presentations to internal/external teams. * Design, drive andperform operational analysis of business processes. Drive and trackthese projects to successful completion. * Document andinstitutionalizes using ROI analysis to support process improvements andlong-term project benefits. * Identifies and leverages CI bestpractices across the organization. * Identifies key elements of processimprovement and partners with process owners to deliver sustainable andsustainable change. * Develop, prepare and deliver metrics, projectreports and related CI reports. * Prepare and present reports, resultsand data for the senior leadership and manufacturing plant leadershipteams. * Provide Plant Manager level support as needed. * Coordinateand conduct regular and periodic audits of the Management OperatingSystem. * Develop plant level MOS audit and corrective action toolkit.
