Key Responsibilities:

  • Contributes to the formulation and implementation of a robust continuous enhancement strategy for the logistics division, ensuring alignment with the organization's overarching goals.
  • Leads initiatives for ongoing improvement by evaluating current logistics workflows, pinpointing opportunities for advancement, and applying industry best practices along with innovative strategies.
  • Manages several enhancement projects simultaneously, overseeing all phases from inception to completion, which includes defining project scope, allocating resources, managing timelines, assessing risks, and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Offers support, training, and guidance to logistics team members on continuous improvement frameworks and methodologies.
  • Develops and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the efficiency of logistics operations, regularly reviewing performance and executing corrective measures as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master's Degree is advantageous.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within logistics operations.
  • Demonstrated success in logistics management or a similar field, with a focus on continuous improvement, visual management, logistics network optimization, and project management.
  • Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control).
  • Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Experience in establishing, consolidating, relocating, and closing logistics centers.
  • Familiarity with Network Optimization, including Inventory Segmentation using the 80/20 principle is preferred.
  • Self-driven and hands-on approach to work.
