Connect Search, LLC is seeking a Process Improvement Leader to enhance operational efficiency.
Essential Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is mandatory, ideally in Engineering or Management.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives utilizing lean methodologies.
- Certification as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher is essential.
- Experience in the Food and Beverage manufacturing sector is required.
Role Objectives
The primary aim of this position is to establish a unified language, standardized processes, and key performance indicators throughout the organization. This includes conducting regular assessments of performance metrics to foster continuous improvement and pursue operational excellence across all departments by implementing Lean methodologies and Six Sigma principles. The Process Improvement Leader will be instrumental in enhancing both operational and financial outcomes through ongoing process enhancements and the execution of improvement projects.
