Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling staffs, and monitoring their hours, for payroll every other week, tallying our Individual's weekly units for billing, field print appointments and managing calendars. Answering, returning calls, take turns with calls forwarding, and mailing;
  • Coordinate projects and events as needed
  • Provide support in medical receptionist duties if required
  • Transcribe documents accurately
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

Qualifications:

  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in administrative or clerical roles preferred
  • Knowledge of project coordination and event planning is a plus

Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

In person
