About the role
Are you ready to take charge of marketing multiple brands within Partner.

Co's diverse product portfolio? As the Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategies, identifying promotional opportunities, and ensuring our brands resonate with our target audience.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll have the opportunity to drive brand growth, monitor industry trends, and translate insights into impactful marketing campaigns.

What you'll do
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communications plans for multiple brands.
Monitor global product performance and identify areas for growth and improvement.
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from new product development to rebranding and retirement.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Translate scientific study results into compelling marketing strategies, guiding copywriters and designers to bring these visions to life.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, finance, and customer service, to ensure optimal marketing of products.
Other duties as assigned to drive brand success and business growth.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, or a related field is required.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in product management or brand marketing.
Demonstrated experience with product development and lifecycle management.
Creative and analytical thinker with a strong ability to identify marketing activities that drive financial returns.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong creative ability.
Ability to act as a recognized subject matter expert within the company.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
