Role Overview:

As a Customer Success Coordinator, you will be pivotal in representing our brand's interactions. Your role will involve closely collaborating with FMG Suite subscribers, guiding them through the setup process. Strong organizational abilities, effective multitasking, and an appreciation for design aesthetics will be essential for success in this position.

Primary Responsibilities & Expectations:
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with subscribers across various channels
  • Adapt customer engagement strategies based on individual needs
  • Utilize our content management system to construct subscribers' websites
  • Document activities within our CRM software
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Set and manage subscribers' expectations throughout the setup process
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure project completion
  • Maintain a distraction-free and secure workspace
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles
  • Effective time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Appreciation for design aesthetics
