Role Overview:

As a Customer Success Coordinator, you will be pivotal in representing our brand's interactions. Your duties will involve closely engaging with FMG Suite subscribers and guiding them through the setup process. Strong organizational abilities, effective multitasking, and an appreciation for design aesthetics will be essential for thriving in this role.

Primary Responsibilities & Expectations:
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with subscribers across various channels
  • Adapt customer interactions based on their diverse needs
  • Utilize our content management system to construct subscribers' websites
  • Document activities within our CRM software
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Set and manage subscriber expectations throughout the setup process
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure project completion
  • Maintain a distraction-free and secure workspace
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service or support
  • Effective time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Appreciation for design aesthetics
