Your Role

The Senior Creative Operations Manager is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence within our in-house Creative Marketing team. This role encompasses the entire process from request intake to final delivery, focusing on optimizing workflows, processes, and task milestones. You will oversee resource management, capacity planning, content mapping, and asset delivery, collaborating closely with both internal and external creative teams to assess resource availability and production solutions for incoming creative requests. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading planning initiatives for the Creative Team, including functional team organization.
  • Managing workflows to foster operational excellence within the creative department.
  • Maintaining and updating project management data for comprehensive dashboard reporting.
  • Overseeing production timelines for design, copy, imaging, photography, video, advertising, and social media tasks from initiation to completion.
  • Facilitating creative planning meetings, daily check-ins, concept reviews, and team sync-ups as necessary.
  • Providing creative KPI data and analyzing dashboard insights for the Marketing Leadership team.
  • Overseeing project management tools and digital asset management systems, including file organization, sharing protocols, permissions, archiving, and contracts.
  • Acting as a supportive ally for the Creative team, fostering collaboration across departments.
  • Participating in Creative Leadership meetings to report on urgent projects, task timelines, resource management, product launch tasks, and operational improvements.

Qualifications for Success

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in creative project management, project coordination, creative operations, or account management, either in-house or at an agency.
  • Proven experience in collaborating with internal and external resources to develop strategies that align with marketing objectives and timelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead large, effective, and modern creative teams.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat is preferred.
  • Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience with project management software is essential.
