About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager to join our team at Great Clips. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of stylists and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of stylists to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Provide coaching and training to stylists to improve their technical skills and customer service
• Manage salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
• Collaborate with other salon managers to share best practices and improve overall performance

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a salon management role
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of salon operations and management principles
• Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
