We would love to have you join the family today Responsibilities:

  • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
  • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
  • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
  • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
  • "Always be consulting" by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
    Included but not limited to:
  • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients
  • Assist the lead agent by identifying homes that meet the criteria as specified by the lead agent after he/she has completed a needs analysis
  • Conduct open houses
  • Doorknock target areas for new business
  • Attend networking events
  • Attend client events
  • Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to develop sales
    Regular work activities:
  • Driving buyer clients to homes
  • Working with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes
  • Finding homes that meet buyer clients' criteria
  • Maintain contact with all buyers Qualifications:
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
  • Past sales experience is preferred
  • Active Real Estate License
  • At least 6 months of Real Estate experience is preferred
  • People person willing to help clients
  • Friendly personality
  • Naturally a self-starter
