Role Overview:

As a Dispensary Associate at iAnthus, you will work closely with the Dispensary Manager to ensure smooth operations, uphold company policies, and comply with state regulations. Your responsibilities will involve:

  • Engaging and educating patients professionally
  • Ensuring accurate patient intake procedures
  • Maintaining compliance with all regulations
  • Providing excellent patient service and feedback
  • Participating in inventory reviews and team meetings

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum age 21 with valid driver's license and transportation
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or patient services preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Computer literacy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to pass required background checks

Physical Requirements:

  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Physical agility for various tasks and settings
  • Comfort with office and environmental conditions
