Job Summary

The Dispensary Lead will assist in managing daily operations, lead a patient-centric team, and ensure compliance with state and local laws and regulations. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing daily dispensary operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Balance cash and product inventory, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional patient service, including consultation and sales.
  • Update communication binders and maintain accurate patient intake forms.
  • Assist with the Verified Financial Hardship program and maintain accountability of team members.
  • Perform general office work, including filing and email management.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures, and provide feedback on inventory levels and sales.
Requirements
  • Experience in hospitality or high-volume retail environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a retail environment managing a team.
  • Knowledge of local and state laws and regulations pertaining to medical marijuana.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
