About the Role:

We are looking for a meticulous and skilled Remote HR Generalist specializing in Employee Relations to contribute to our expanding team. In this position, you will be essential in nurturing a supportive work atmosphere through conducting investigations and serving as a subject matter expert for the Employee Relations team. Your role will involve close collaboration with colleagues to ensure thorough and effective investigations.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead investigations on workplace issues with the ER team.
  • Participate in interviews, take notes, and provide feedback.
  • Review and enhance document quality by proofreading.
  • Create interview questions and prepare investigation summaries.
  • Support case management for the Ethics Hotline.
  • Analyze reported issues and present data summaries.
  • Update stakeholders on system and policy changes.
  • Provide detailed reports and analysis for informed decision-making.
  • Assist in welcoming new team members and engage in special projects.
  • Conduct evidence reviews meticulously.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferably experienced in HR administration, specifically in employee relations.
  • Background in business-oriented HR, HR COE, or HR Operations is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced skills.
  • Strong email and calendar management abilities, particularly in Outlook.
  • Aptitude for learning, initiative, and process improvement.
  • Capacity to handle sensitive requests with precision and efficiency.
  • Excellent time management in a fast-paced setting with multitasking skills.
  • Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.
  • Spanish fluency is highly desirable.
