Compensation: $32/hour
Work Arrangement: Fully remote
Sector: Government/Defense
Employment Type: Long-term contract with potential for permanent placement

Overview: The HR Services division is responsible for executing a high volume of transactions annually and is in search of a motivated individual who can manage numerous transactions with precision, independence, adaptability, and accuracy.

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory (Bachelor's degree is highly preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Prior experience with Represented Labor contracts (Unions) is essential
  • Proven ability to maintain attention to detail while handling a large volume of transactions with minimal errors
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, One Note)
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and a growth mindset
  • Experience in Virtual Customer Service
  • Ability to conduct data analysis and interpretation
  • Strong skills in prioritization, organization, planning, and communication
  • Familiarity with Peoplesoft (HRMS) and/or SAP Success Factors is highly desirable
Key Responsibilities:
  • The Human Resources Assistant Specialist will oversee the transactional administration for all Human Resources Centers of Excellence (COEs), with a particular emphasis on Labor & Employee Relations (LER).
  • Manage Labor & Employee Relations Services Operational Collective Bargaining Agreement administration for a designated client group, executing wage administration (e.g., mass wage increases, pay corrections), personnel movements (e.g., shift changes, promotions), and general administrative tasks (e.g., reports and audits, documenting grievances and disciplinary actions).
