Role Definition


Supports a team typically comprised of selling financial products, technical support, application experts, and product support field personnel to achieve goals to drive increased customer loyalty throughout the designated industry.

Responsibilities


Serves as a consultant to our customers by delivering sophisticated financing solutions and selling creative structures to meet customer needs.

Deliver business plan sales and market share targets for the company products in a given industry segment or market.

Develop sales and marketing plan and manage merchandising plans to achieve business plan targets for company products and services.

Ensuring customer satisfaction through management of product and commercial issues within the industry segment.

Leading the selling opportunities identification, customer satisfaction improvement and business relationship enhancement.

Job Requirements


Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling financial products, technology and services; ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs.


Advanced knowledge of loan and lease products and provide consultant services, which requires a working knowledge of financial statements, cash flow and bonding.

Demonstrated ability to analyze the financial status of customers and applying thorough knowledge of finance/leasing products, policies, and procedures.


Ability to implement company values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.


Understand the organization's industry group, trends, directions, major issues, regulatory considerations, and trendsetters; ability to apply industry knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.


Provide strong a decision-making process and utilise associated tools and techniques to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.


Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.


Understand and implement strong negotiation concepts and techniques to negotiate successfully across the organization and with external vendors and clients in a constructive and collaborative manner.

Provide strong relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

Degree Requirement


A 4-year college or university degree in any discipline, a minimum of 2 years exempt experience in a sales position and 3 years exempt experience in credit, customer services, collections, marketing, sales and/or financial statement analysis is recommended.
