OneCoast is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced sales professional to represent Mud Pie products to independent retailers in a defined territory for the state of Wisconsin that includes parts of the Upper Peninsula.
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with independent retailers in your assigned territory, promoting Mud Pie products, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with independent retailers, understanding their business needs and providing solutions to drive sales growth
- Conduct product demonstrations, training, and in-store promotions to increase product awareness and drive sales
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and recommendations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales management, marketing, and product development teams, to drive business growth and improve sales performance
Requirements
- 2-3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the gift, fashion, home, or accessory industries
- Intermediate computer skills, including experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook
- A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel
- The ability to lift up to 20 pounds and frequently travel within your assigned territory
- The ability to attend national trade shows as determined by OneCoast sales management
