Job Summary:

The role of this position is to provide support for the daily operations of the Branch Office and Branch Manager(s). This position is eligible for telecommuting.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Sales team, referrals, and/or patients to gather missing documentation/information to meet insurance guidelines
  • Handle phone calls from customers, provide introductory information to new customers, troubleshoot common product/service issues, and escalate queries when necessary
  • Perform various processing duties for the Branch, including creating and managing intakes, verifying insurance, and handling delivery appointments
  • Conduct outbound calls, faxes, and texting to patients and referrals on order receipt
  • Support the overnight oximetry program and handle requests for audit/documentation
  • Assist with patient scheduling and equipment set up or return
  • Perform filing, faxing, and other administrative tasks on a routine basis
  • Order inventory and office supplies, and handle outbound customer satisfaction calls
  • Perform other duties as required

Education and/or Experience:

Equivalent to a high school diploma and at least two years of related office environment experience preferred


Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, or Professional Designations: N/A

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
  • Strong organizational, customer relations, problem-solving, and phone skills
  • Effective multitasking and communication skills via phone and technology software

Computer Skills: Microsoft Office and basic printing/faxing/scanning

Language Skills: Proficiency in English (reading, writing, verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of DOT/FDA Regulations

Physical Demands:

The job involves hands-on tasks, computer and telephone usage, and possible lifting of equipment up to 50 lbs.
