Position Overview

The Cash Management Services (CMS) Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the CMS Administrator by managing daily operational workflows and providing branch assistance to ensure system integrity, adherence to compliance standards, and overall client satisfaction. This position is vital in fostering and nurturing relationships with both internal teams and external clients, delivering exceptional customer service. The CMS Coordinator is instrumental in enhancing client relationships through effective digital banking and cash management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of banking operations and CMS offerings, including Online Banking, Mobile Banking, ACH, eWire, Remote Deposit Capture, Cash Vault Services, and Positive Pay (ACH & Check).
  • Address inquiries and support requests while upholding high standards of customer service.
  • Accurately set up customers in relevant systems and provide training in associated areas.
  • Offer technical support to both new and existing CMS clients.
  • Evaluate Cash Management Applications and documentation for thoroughness.
  • Investigate, research, and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Conduct daily report reviews, maintain and update necessary logs, perform callbacks, and identify and report any unusual or suspicious activities.
  • Adhere to all Bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to effectively respond to sensitive inquiries or client concerns.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for teamwork, while also being capable of working independently.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, demonstrating a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
  • General understanding of operational regulations, banking laws, and accounting principles.
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor when engaging with clients and interdepartmental representatives.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is preferred.
