Iconic Manager is dedicated to acquiring and actively managing a select portfolio of iconic music brands.
Iconic was formed to fill a void in the music business for legacy artists, and to act as a trusted steward for artists' intellectual property, with the expertise to maximize the value of assets while preserving their legacy.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to provide support to our Chief Operating Officer (COO) and two Business and Legal Affairs executives in various administrative and project management tasks at Iconic Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Airtable Management:
- Regularly use Airtable for project management, process tracking, and team activity monitoring.
- Enter project data and generate executive-level reports.
- Develop proficiency in Airtable to create additional views and reports.
- Collaborate with Business Analyst (BA) to produce status reports in Airtable.
- Spend Request Tracking:
- Monitor and track spend requests for the team.
- Assist in setting up a purchase order (PO) system to monitor expenses per artist.
- Compliance Review:
- Check Travel & Expense (T&E) reports for compliance monthly.
- Aid in tracking travel requests for the team.
- Revenue Operations Support:
- Help the revenue operations team with tasks like royalty statement mailings and monitoring Shopify sales on the D2C platform.
- Presentation Preparation:
- Create simple decks for financial presentations, especially for Consumer licensing initiatives.
- General Administrative Support:
- Efficiently schedule meetings and manage the COO's calendar.
- Maintain a team calendar and assist in planning team events and meetings.
- Business Analyst and Consumer Licensing Support:
- Provide assistance to the Business Analyst (BA) as required.
- Support Consumer Licensing initiatives as instructed.
Qualifications:
- Passion for music.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in executive support or project management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
- Analytical mindset with exposure to data management preferred.
- Experience with Airtable or similar software preferred.
- Willingness to work outside regular hours if needed.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Impressive multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
The compensation for this role is $33.65 per hour, depending on experience. We offer competitive benefits and a flexible time off schedule. Our office is situated in Westwood Village, Los Angeles, CA. This position requires in-office presence Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays as determined by management.
