The role of the Outside Sales Representative is crucial as you'll be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to both existing and prospective clients. Your main focus will be on expanding sales by cultivating strong relationships with customers. This entails identifying new leads, following up on sales opportunities, and implementing targeted marketing strategies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Builds and maintains a network to discover new sales leads
  • Understands customer needs and recommends suitable products/services
  • Demonstrates product functionalities to match customer requirements
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Keeps customers informed about new offerings and enhancements
  • Maintains detailed sales activity reports
  • Forecasts territory sales periodically
  • Completes tasks assigned by management


Education/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR
  • Minimum five years of relevant experience
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proven sales and negotiation abilities
  • Exceptional organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Comfortable in fast-paced and occasionally stressful environments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools


Other Duties:

  • Adherence to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy
  • Perform other assigned tasks


Physical Requirements:

  • Extended periods of desk work and computer usage
  • Ability to travel as needed
