JOB SUMMARY

The Business Account Executive plays a crucial role in marketing and selling communication solutions to small and medium businesses in a specific region. This includes offering internet, video, and voice services as well as additional services like custom hosting, desktop security, data backup, and more. The focus is on acquiring new customers by prospecting and selling bundled services effectively while also expanding the customer base within the territory.

  • Generate sales leads through various tactics
  • Develop and implement a Territory Plan under the guidance of the Sales Manager
  • 100% focus on acquiring new Internet, voice, and video customers
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support efforts to enhance the customer experience
  • Manage sales orders and necessary administrative work efficiently
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and selling skills
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities
  • Meet and exceed performance standards
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proficiency in English
  • Knowledge of communication technologies with a focus on telephone and Internet
  • Valid driver's license with a good record
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience
  • Business to business sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
