Your Responsibilities
  • Overseeing staffing, training, and management of Store Leaders
  • Executing merchandising strategies, managing cash flow and inventory, and fostering a culture of motivation and teamwork while ensuring exceptional customer service
  • Focusing on profit and loss management, including budget development, sales maximization, and expense control
  • Establishing performance goals and objectives while collaborating with upper management to monitor outcomes
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 5+ years of experience in managing district or regional operations for retail/commercial settings, or a large single commercial store with multiple managers and over 100 employees
  • A valid driver’s license from your state of residence, along with maintaining automotive liability insurance during employment
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks, be self-driven, perform physical activities such as bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
