Your Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing staffing, training, and management of Store Leaders
  • Executing merchandising strategies, managing cash flow and inventory, and fostering a culture of teamwork and customer service excellence
  • Focusing on profit and loss management, including budget oversight and sales maximization
  • Setting and monitoring performance goals in collaboration with upper management
  • Possessing a 4-year degree in a relevant field or 5+ years of experience in managing retail operations
  • Maintaining a valid Driver's License and automotive liability insurance
  • Demonstrating the ability to multitask and perform physical tasks as needed
