As a Barclays Airlines Segment Manager, you will be supporting Specialty Airline Segment partnerships through both new account acquisitions and portfolio management. You will work with internal and external partners to manage/ drive initiatives to maximize growth and performance. This will be key to Barclay's strategic partnerships and growth aspirations. Travel may be required for this position.

What will you be doing?


• Being responsible for building and maintaining solid, positive relationships with both internal and external key contacts

• Collaborating with all the Marketing channel teams to drive effective marketing strategies aligning on materials and communications with the partner

• Overseeing the product build for acquisitions campaigns and offers while collaborating with Marketing, Technology, and Operations organizations

• Evaluating and reporting on performance trends to develop innovative ways to maximize growth and minimize program risks

• Working collaboratively with marketing teams to develop existing customer marketing strategies and engagement campaigns while managing partner needs and expectations

• Leading the creative development and copy review process for marketing initiatives and campaigns

• Facilitating weekly meetings with the partner to review project updates, develop tactical plans, and identify and address any gaps in performance, delivery, etc

What we're looking for:


• Bachelor's degree is required and an MBA would be helpful; prior credit card banking industry experience; prior project management experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience in Marketing or Partnership and solid knowledge of the Cobrand Credit Card model

• Solid organization and communication skills; goal oriented and results driven focus to achieve key objectives and challenging targets
