As the Enterprise Business Architect, you will spearhead the strategic planning and execution of business capabilities across the organization. Collaborating with business leaders, IT architects, and other stakeholders, you will shape the business and technology landscape of the organization to align with overarching business goals.

  • Engage in conversations with business leaders to identify and prioritize enterprise-level business capabilities.
  • Create and manage comprehensive archives of business capabilities, data, processes, and technologies.
  • Work with stakeholders to document the organization's enterprise-wide business and technology landscape.
  • Enhance the enterprise business capability model and optimization framework to support long-term strategic goals.
  • Provide insights for the strategic planning process and offer direction on the scope of strategic initiatives.
  • Deliver essential artifacts including Enterprise Capability Models, Capability Heatmaps, and Capability Roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with solution architects to align current and future technologies with business capabilities.
  • Offer leadership and assistance for projects aimed at augmenting enterprise-level business capabilities.
  • Promote best practices in business architecture and drive standardization throughout the organization.
  • Evaluate and prioritize proposed enterprise capabilities to enhance investments.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Here are some foundational qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Equivalent experience may substitute for the degree.
  • Minimum of 8 years of senior-level analysis experience in business process analysis or business unit operations.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Application Portfolio Management.
  • Minimum of 4 years of strategic thinking and system design architecture experience.
  • 4+ years of experience conducting gap analysis.
  • Proficiency in BPMN for creating clear and visual business process representations.
  • Advanced experience in implementing design in ServiceNow.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust. Contractual requirement.
