Your Responsibilities:


As a vital member of our elite team, you will play a crucial role in the system development lifecycle and consult with end users to translate business requirements into design specifications.

You will engage with all levels of the organization, ensuring IT deliverables align with business needs and yield measurable outcomes.

Specifically, you will:
Design, develop, and implement intricate automated software test plans to identify and resolve user issues and their root causes.

Assess risk factors and create documentation addressing software defect diagnostics and proposed solutions in areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, retests, or usability.

Coordinate the efforts of project teams across multiple workstreams.
Develop and execute test scenarios, scripts, and procedures for unit, process, function, system integration, and acceptance testing.

Review testing documentation, establish testing standards, define testing criteria, analyze test results, and present findings to developers and end users.

Formulate software quality engineering procedures and strategies, including functional, performance, regression, and rollback testing scenarios, scripts, or procedures.

Oversee quality testing initiatives, including process design and standards, effort estimation, resource forecasting and fulfillment, and task and risk management, encompassing functional, performance, regression, and rollback testing.

Act as a knowledge resource for the escalation of complex automated testing application design and development issues and participate as an expert in the software redesign process, evaluating software development projects for quality assurance factors impacting functional requirements and design specifications.

Discuss integration with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or other relevant tools.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based solutions for our clients using commercial cloud platforms.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in cloud architecture, infrastructure, and services to provide scalable and highly available solutions that meet our clients' business requirements.

Extensive experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions using commercial cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Technologies and Tools

Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
14+ years of experience in automation architecture with a proven track record of making a significant impact.
Strong proficiency with Playwright, Selenium, Appium.
Experience in writing complex automation scripts for web applications using Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Cucumber.
Demonstrated experience with Continuous Integration, including one or more of the following build/deploy/version control tools:
Jenkins
Maven
Git/Stash/GitLab/GitHub/Bitbucket
Experience in one or more of the following programming platforms:
Linux and Bash scripting
RESTful APIs/JSON
Experience working with databases and various data formats and related technologies for testing
Ability to lead and mentor members of the Automation Test team.
Thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
